Greetings. In this post i'm sharing Flipkart return/refund service with my experiance.
Last week, I have ordered a product in Flipkart and it got received to me by given date. But, unfortunately i got the product with another brand. I have ordered one brand and received another brand.
I got frustrated and called customer care in the next minute and detailed about this, the customer care guy said apologies to me and raised return/refund request as they(Flipkart) don't have that brand product.
And, he said the process that, they will take back the product within 3 working days, and amount will be refunded to my account once they receive the product by their end.
Cool, the next day after raising the request they have taken back the product, and next day got acknowledged the full amount in my bank account. Great.
